Shipping & Returns

1. We process your orders instantly and ship it on the same day where items are in stock, however, on products that are not in stock delivery can take up to 21 business days. We will notify you by email and you can track your order on our website when you login to your account.

Fernzys welcomes International Buyers! If you can't see a shipping cost for your destination when you attempt to checkout, please choose store pick-up and contact us, and we will give you a quote!

2. If you wish to cancel your order:
  1. you can notify us by email to before we have dispatched the goods to you;
    2. or
  2. where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 5.2 below.
3. You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange less the cost of shipping n packaging. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

4. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required, less the packaging and shipping.

5. The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -
  1. in the event that the product has been used.
  2. to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you
The provisions of this clause 5 do not affect your statutory rights.
